STILL FLUCTUATING AT THE SAME WEIGHT... CAN'T QUITE KEEP ANYTHING CONSISTENT. I DO GREAT ONE DAY BUT THEN THE NEXT I DO CRAPPY. I FEEL THE NEED FOR INSTANT GRATIFICATION, EVEN THOUGH I KNOW TRANSFORMING MY BODY TAKES TIME... NEED TO TAKE IT A DAY AT A TIME!!!
72.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
