Now although I would have loved to work out more, I feel like I did really well with keeping to what I was eating and losing some weight. I had a good week last week. I will keep it up!
80.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
