Ate rotisserie chicken (too much, too stuffed) and nibbles of stuff - papaya, cantaloupe...just stuff I wasn't supposed to eat yesterday,esp last night. Stringent following of Scarscale IMPERATIVE if I want success. BUMMER!!

Worked in the garage preparing for Achievement House pickup. Moved heavy things off and on, did laundry, lifted, sorted things, brought things in and out of the garage...I gave myself 3 hours of "working" and "walking", though I think now that working is more descriptive of my day today.
66.0 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
