Spent a wonderful evening celebrating my sister in law's 60 birthday, but that included a few adult beverages and a few snacks that were not really on my plan. And, the scales reflected that slip this morning. However... what is life if I cannot live it! I expect t his to be gone in a day or so, as I drink more water and stick to a clean eating plan.
85.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 22.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's probably just water gain. But as long as you were able to enjoy yourself that is what counts the most. :)
