Been eating really bad the past weekend. It was my birthday weekend and alot of eating and just having a good time. So today it is back to normal eating. I'm going to try to have my carbs in the afternoon and leave it completely out at night (we will see how that goes)I know that I am below my goal weight, but would like to see if I can go to 55kg.Having 2 kids and running around the whole day sure works well for weight loss. New week, new month - let's hit it hard and keep moving
60.9 kg Lost so far: 26.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
