Good day yesterday. I did have a big lunch, but I made sure that I only ate fruit in the afternoon. I went walking for 1 hour this morning. I am not going to lift weights today, as I had a hard workout yesterday. I think for this program, I will do it every other day to prevent injury. Today, my hubby and I will be traveling for another residency interview. This means that I will have to eat a late dinner. At my last interview dinner, I completely gave in to temptation and forgot about self-control. Today I am going to try to journal my temptations and exercise self-control!!!! I know I can do this. I set a previous goal to be at 150 by the beginning of this week. I CAN DO IT!!!!
