I fasted on 1/13/2010 for religious purposes. I expect I may gain back at least 1 lbs. of what I lost yesterday.

Currently I plan to fast next Wednesday, and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday the following week.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
