Up 1/2 pound and I earned it. After my day of indulgence at Churchill Down and the weekend that followed (which included my son's 18th birthday, brownies, etc.), I could have gained more if it weren't for exercise. My Jamaica trip is 2 weeks from this Friday. 188.8 is my official goal weight, but I'd really like to be 185 - but no pressure.
