That is awesome! Enjoy the moment as soon as you get those last 2 pounds. Maybe after the moment has passed keep on your usual routine and see how far your body takes you. If it keeps losing go for it. If it plateaus it may tell you that is as far as you need to go. Either way you are our inspiration. Thank you! Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanks for the advice. I think that's a good plan. And you're very kind.

I totally agree with Trublu. I think you should see what your body feels like doing for a while. Enter the maintenance phase for a while and see how you like this body at this weight. If you decide later to do something else, there is always time to do it. But forget about the stupid charts. Brad pit is overweight according to the charts. And he looks just fine from where I'm sitting!! :)

I agree- don't rob yourself of the sense of accomplishment you'll get by meeting your goal by thinking it's not enough! I've done some speculating about whether I need to lower my goal weight but always come to the conclusion that I'm going to get there first, then reevaluate. Just 2 lbs to go- that's incredible and you should be proud!

DEFINATELY achieve it first, enjoy the accomplishment, then decide what you are going to do. When I reached my first goal, I didn't re-evaluate for nearly a week - I enjoyed it and then decided what I wanted to do :-)

What did you do to calculate your goal? What did you ultimately use to determine if it was right? I'm feeling pretty great right now, I'm a size 6, but I still have a poochy belly. I've had two kids, so maybe I'll have that forever. I'm pretty lean all over everywhere else.
Did you use a body fat calculator? I get the feeling that's a more accurate plan of attack.
