thanksgiving weekend!! this is the test! even though i am not were i wanted to be for my vacation on the beach, i am satisfied. i am 6 pounds down from where i was. i will do my very best to make good choices this holiday weekend and on vacation. so far dairy/wheat free diet is going well. last night i had broccoli, asparagus for dinner and popcorn for dessert. i had gas this am but not too bad. could have been any of those foods...i am blaming the broccoli! had my first real bm yesterday and it was hard, huge and painful! i hope this dairy/wheat/art sweetener free diet helps! if it doesnt, coffee is my next test! ugg
