Just watched "Fat Head", the movie Kingkeld advised I check out. I don't feel it's a reason to binge on junk food, but it does have MANY great points! Yay for common sense! :D

That's how I feel about it. Of course binging is never good, no matter what food. I just think it's great to NOT be scared of "junk" as long as you stay in control.
