Ugh...I need a vacation...and hibernation.

Only lost 4 lbs for the month of November, which I can kind of appreciate, although my goal was to lose 2 lbs per week, and I know I can do better! It's easy to blame it on succumbing to stress, eating like a typical college kid (not much, but enough), lack of sleep, and the holidays kicking in...but I see that as an opportunity to fix these problems I'm aware of! School lets out on Dec 16th, if I don't get back on track after that, I'm gonna have to have a strict sit-down lecture with myself 'til I learn to do better!! jk xD
77.0 kg Lost so far: 17.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
