still nursing a bad knee, so I've cut down calories just a little. not starving myself but making sure to eat a big dinner EARLIER before 7 and then making sure to stay on my feet till 930pm or 10pm. Taking naps too helps during the day!
76.2 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
