A disappointing weigh in, but I am not going to let is discourage me. I have followed the BL Workout Routine this week, watched the foods I have eaten, etc. It is TOM plus a head cold, so I think the gain is a lot of fluids from that and conjestion. Will re-weigh Wednesday to see if back down.
Today is Week 2 of BL Last Chance Workout. I have really enjoyed the program. I will keep it up and I know the results are there, just have to get past this week.
I am also waiting to read a new book about the Belly Fat Cure, by Jorge Cruise. My parents started the program last week and I am going to read up on it. It focuses on reducing your sugar intake and limiting carbs. I am thinking of giving it a try and trying to restart my system. I am in a rut it seems and no matter how well I eat and workout, my body isn't changing. So I am going to force the change upon it.
