Allowed myself to indulge on Saturday night - I was bad but not horrid. Weighed myself on Sunday morning and the scale jumped four pounds in one day! I was like WTH? Well then I realized I was beginning my cycle and relieved when the scale went back down over the next few days. Normally I would have been depressed by the jump in the scale but instead of stuffing my face I got motivated and went to the track. Looking forward to the weather being better so the ice melts off over there so I can go some more.
