Not so tempted today so maybe the carbs are out of my system at last!
Why is it I go back on atkins when all the beautiful summer fruits come in? grrr......

88.9 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg. Still to go: 24.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

well i messed up big time with all the stresss i gone through this past week with my inlaws minus my mother in law she is not the problem its every body else.
