Had lots of fat and grease last night, since July 4th. I've been slipping and sliding, restaurant food, eating at night (having stomach problems since I stopped having just tangelos in the evenings). Gotta get back to Scarsdale overall eating plan, ASAP!
62.4 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
