I haven't been on as the computer, IPAD, and my phone are not connected and I can't always remember my password. stupid devices.. I don't have much patients for electronics'. People yes, machines no! I have been exercising more with the leg lifts, and the arms. I am seeing improvement! My weight is slowly going down again, and I am happy with that.1 won't be long and I will be in the 100's again and not the 200's! Keep those size 12's for me Misty! I am working like crazy at work transitioning people out of the nursing homes into their own apartments. I have done 2 this month already. I feel great! tried but good.. There's a little bit of stress that goes on with al the sudden planning and buying things but I know it's all worth it in the end. I haven't went crazy eating under the stress and that was awesome for me. I will try to do better on keeping up with the journal.. sorry my friends..
