Slept well,up at 7:30 am. Med's taken with water. Left for TOPS at 8:14. Gained .5 lbs. came home after meeting.
93.0 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
