I weighed this morning with my clothes on so this probably is not an accurate weight but it's good. I ate three meals today which I normally do not do and I'm feeling it. I think I will go back to just maybe two meals.. My arm is feeling better but still can't do my weights so exercise is weird for me. I like the hand weights.. I did the stairs today extra to get rid of these extra pounds!
