After a three week holiday with no sports (two 3k jogs don't really count, haha), this weigh in really was a surprise... Although I tried to eat healthy most of the time I had cake on my birthday, lamb chops with fries one time, ate a pint of Ben& Jerry's on a different day. I probably have lost a little muscle and gained a bit of fat.... But looking back, I didn't EVER binge at all. Realizing this made me so happy :) I never ate until I felt sick. I've come so far mentally this year and results will follow :)
