I was up to 158.8 yesterday morning. this morning because I hadn't pooped. I lost 2.6 pounds in 1 day in poop weight. I can't even begin to tell you how much better I feel now.
70.9 kg Lost so far: 23.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
