I have a rough week, even though I have been going to the gym. I haven't made the right choices with foods. To top it all off, I have been bloated & constipated. I would like to know what do you do when you are constipated? I normally take laxtaive but I know that makes your G.I. lazy and fiber doesn't work on me. So go figure! Help!

Have you triejust straight prune juice? I always had it around for the kids and started using it instead of a laxative and it worked.

Fiber plays a big role. If you aren't getting a lot of fiber, you can increase. If you ARE getting lots of fiber, you need to drink lots and lots of water. Prunes and prune juice are good. There's also an herbal tea called "Smooth Moves" that is helpful. Good luck!
