Wow is all I can say. I have had 4 different phones since I last weighed in and tracked what I was eating
NOT GOOD! Tracking what I ate makes a big difference for me because I weigh and measure. That is the only way I can stay on track. So here I am 44 days without tracking.
I will make sure that I am.logging what I eat because my health depends on it.
Disappointed butt I am not giving up.
107.3 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 34.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
