Yesterday was my birthday party at my parents house. I had 246 calories in my breakfast and 178 calories in my lunch and I calculated the calories in my dinner and cake and I had 1/2 serving low calorie cashew milk ice cream instead of heavy dairy ice cream. All in all even being able to enjoy my cake and ice cream I was still at least 7 calories under my limit for the day.
69.2 kg Lost so far: 25.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
