Did okay for eating yesterday. Coffee in the a.m. Dinner, chicken and ravioli stew. Had one glass of vodka with low cal juice.
62.2 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
