didnt weigh over the weekend and did not follow diet. ate subway tuna foot long on saturday and soime pizza later with the kids. sunday had my first hamburger, french fries and diet coke in 5 weeks. its really showing on the scale today. im sure some of the gain is from sodium. Doing HCG for 3 more weeks then moving to WW.
129.0 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 38.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
