Didn't eat anything all day yesterday, just drank my coffee and then had a good supper at the Elks last night . Had bake chicken,cooked carrots and a small dab of mashed potatoes and then they brought around these little pieces of German chocolate cake and a cup of ice cream ! so I did pretty good felt good and feel good this morning... Lets see how the day goes again today
