I gave my mom two new healthy cook books for her birthday this Thursday.
67.0 kg Lost so far: 27.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Oh yeah. She's a total health nut. Except the stuff she thinks is healthy I just differ in opinion. She uses all full fat foods. I use light or fat free. She needs to watch the calories so I gave her some calorie counter cook books.
