Just returned from weigh-in. Lost .8 lb. Had really hoped I would lose at least 1.4 (this would have brought me to 10% of my body wt) So-o-o, now I have to lose at least .6 to make it next week. Am a bit discouraged but not going to let it get me down. I'll just try harder this next week.
