I have lost nearly all of the weight since gained from my second pregnancy (six more pounds) but these days, I am yearning to be the weight I was when I was married.
I felt beautiful in those days and comfortable.
So today I am giving myself a real goal ... By my sixth wedding anniversary, March 5, I will be 158 pounds. The same weight as the day I got married.

By March, you will definitely have accomplished your goals! Just keep going - even if you mess up what you eat for one meal - you can still start over at the next meal!
