Happy with my initial weight loss. Three pounds to pre-baby weight but there is no doubt my body has changed following this pregnancy. Worth it of course ... that baby is adorable.

15 pounds to goal #1!

78.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
