Just under 11st 9. 2 off at WW Wed so that was good, very pleased with how it's all going-tho of course as I lose weight, my exercise is earning me less points:( Have done walking, swimming, cycling and wii fit this week, hoping that with variety I will not only work different bits of me but also maintain interest!
73.9 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
