Woo-hoo!! Lost 5 lbs!! Even if some/most/all of it is water weight, I still feel good about it :) Now that my body has adjusted to induction, I am going to hit the gym. I am going to try and do 30 minutes at the gym 4x a week and then do light exercises on the other days and have 1 rest day. I hope everyone else is having a great day!!
63.7 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good job! Have you heard of ketostix? I love using them to keep me motivated. I buy mine at Costco for much less, but any pharmacy should carry them.
