I have had nights out where I didnt know how many points I was eating (SUSHI) mmm... but my points for the whole day werent taken up nor were my extra 35 allowed per week. So I enjoyed my meals and then behaved later. I drink lots of water. I try to take the stairs at work. My boyfriend is a big UNMOTIVATOR since he is chubby too and he still eats and drinks like crazy. I want him to lose weight with me but he seems to think this is a passing phase or not worth it. I will let his doubt goad me on to accomplish and maintain my goal. I want other men to look at our relationship and be like DAMN why is she with him? She is too hot! lol I love my boyfriend so much. I want him to have something to be proud of - me. I want him to want to show me off. = ) Although he already does. It will be great.
