Losing weight is about what we do over a period of time, not just a day or week. So you may not see results from this week till next week. I've seen people stay the same weight for 4 weeks then "bam" they lose 7 pounds (seemingly overnight, but it's not). You will have weeks of eating badly, where you will lose, and weeks of eating great where you could gain or stay the same. It's all a part of the journey. You can't predict what your body will do. All your hard work will eventually show up. So just keep going and you will be fine.
