What a crazy week!! I work for the Division of Forestry in Eastern Kentucky. 75% Of our region was mobilised to SE due to 🔥 fire.
I am now working 7 days a week for a while until fires settle down. Working at the kennel 3 nights a week after I get off work and tutoring a gal with her college classes.
I don't think I did bad considering some nights I have not gotten home until almost midnight.
Yes I did do some fast food and did not do as well journaling.
in am going to try to do better this week.
109.0 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 36.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am trying to get more sleep. I have operated on 5 to 6 hours a night for years. Working on positive changes.
