I made it to the gym today. While Larry was out of town, I walked 7 of 10 days. Since his return, I have not walked. Both of us have come to a firm decision. We must exercise. We must eat right.
This Super Bowl weekend, I will drink no sodas, prepare health conscious treats (fruit tray, veggie tray, healthy dips, one desert.)
I watched Biggest Loser last night. I must look like the woman who weighs 176 pounds. I have been deceiving myself.
