Haven't been here for awhile. Haven't been on the plan for almost two weeks. My kids and I have been fighting a cold for about that time. Thankfully we are now past that. I hope everyone is doing well. Have a great week.

54.9 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg. Still to go: 2.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sorry you have been sick Andrea. I have not been on much lately either, we were on vacation last week. I can say that I was off plan all week long and I am paying for it now....I am doing take off today and tomorrow.
