I wasn't going to record my weigh in this morning but I decided it would be good for me to "face the music" and put it out there. I will use this as a learning experience and not let it get me down.
I went to 6am cycling class...I feel good! After a weekend of battling a cold and general malaise - I really appreciate feeling well and rested.
