Just keep swimming. I'm a month in to my 4 month program and so far I'm doing great. I still have cravings for foods that I love but it's getting better. :)
122.8 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 45.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
