I did lose weight, and I am happy, However I struggle on the weekends with my diet. I want to eat everything that is not nailed down. I really struggle, any suggestions on getting through the weekends. Does any one else struggle with the weekends?
109.4 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 41.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know what you mean. Try keeping your foods as structured on the weekend as you do on weekdays. I often pack snacks to take along if I leave the house. I also make myself eat breakfast on Saturdays. Traditionally I never ate much on Saturdays and usually not till early to late afternoon. This is a life style change and WE CAN do it!!!
