Well I kinda fell off track for the past 1 1/2mths. It happens and may happen again. i will not dwell on this so long as i jump back on the train with both feet ready to push forward. this just shows me that I am human and it's ok to have faults. i will work hard at staying on track diet wise and exercise wise. I am going to sign up for a few runs with my girls to help keep me motivated long term. Here's to the next challenging chapter in this neverending story!
