Just realized I haven't checked in for a very long time. So glad I was able to keep going. The trick is walking 10K stepts+ most day, eating healthy foods, weighing myself almost every day, and most of all--falling in love with a man who values a healthy lifestyle.
59.7 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
