Started laps around casino parking lot. 2 laps equals 1 mile. During the summer I was up to 2 miles per day. But cold weather and windy conditions have cut me back to 1 mile. I'll just keep plodding along.
At least it's better than sitting in my desk chair all day.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 23.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
