Pretty sore today after playing on the boxing game at Dave and Busters. Expected the swelling to have water weight gain but still shows a great loss for today.
79.9 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
