Very pleased with progress! And it wasn't hard at all; unlike starvation or low, low carb. I haven't cheated and really don't need to, I'm eating more than enough food. I haven't kept with each rule, I've eaten past 7pm and may have missed some whole grains here and there, but overall I'm doing well!
