I know that as long as your weight is staying the same or level or going down it's a good thing. However, I am a bit bummed that I only lost two pounds. I will try to be happy with it and keep going. I mean, hell, it's not like I'm exercising. This weekend is going to be really hard. It's my best friend's birthday and there likely will be drinking and fattening food. We will see if I can withstand the urge to splurge.
UPDATE: I just realized that my bmi is now 24.1 (normal weight). This makes me very happy. It's a good motivator. I want to get it down to 22.3 by March 3. We will see what happens.
