Well where did that kilo come from? From being slack that's where!!!

I was trying to do too much to quickly. I got excited and joined a bunch of challenges, only to have them backfire on me by not being able to keep up with them all, and then feeling like a failure afterwards. So I have dumped them and am only part of 1 challenge now, and will remain a 1 challenge girl until I at least reach my half way goal.

My new life starts today... I have a fancy dress party on in April that should motivate me to stick to it and drop some kilos so I won't depress myself by having to squeeze into my outfit.

80.7 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 25.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
