Stopped the yogurt
Gonna have black rooibos
But two biscuits with peanut butter
Wanting to start intermittent fasting
It's 7:46am Saturday , maybe I should fast today . Last meal last night at 11:00?brhats was tooo late ! Had chops and coconut biscuits with peanut butters and black rooibos
66.5 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
